  1. This is a good one, you could call it zumba peanut butter delights

    Ingredients

    * 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
    * 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    * 2 tablespoons wheat germ
    * 1 tablespoon honey
    * Crushed nuts (optional)

    Directions

    Place ingredients into food blender in the order listed.

    Blend until mixture is evenly mixed and crumbly looking.

    You can use a spoon to scoop the mix out and roll up little balls with your hands or, use a small melon ball scoop to make the peanut butter balls. Push the peanut butter mix in there nice and compact.

    Place onto a plate or in a container and put into the fridge. You can eat them right away but they are better after they've been in the fridge for a little while.

    You could also use creamy peanut butter. And for added texture you could roll the balls in some seseame seeds, crushed nuts or wheat germ to add extra crunch.

    Enjoy
