One Serving
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup soft tofu
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon organic sugar or honey
1 20-gram scoop of low-carb whey powder
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.

If you don't like tofu, I'm not particularly fond of it so I would substitute the tofu for yogurt and the milk for a nice juice like unsweetened pineapple or apple. Try it, it's yum.
