Do you love to exercise? I know I don't and I think most people are like myself. However I love to dance, have fun and hang with my friends. We all know it's important to MOVE, to keep our bodies fit and healthy but if we don't particularly like our exercise routine, we usually give up after a while. It's too much of a chore and I have never been fond of those. The best thing about this fabulous system is that if you love to dance, you will absolutely love to ZUMBA. The time will fly and you won't even feel like you are working out! You will love the dancing, and because of this you will stick with the program get fit and burn calories. As with all programs, if you stick it out long term, you will experience exceptional weight loss and fitness results.
Be sure to consult with a doctor to check if your body is healthy enough to start a Zumba fitness routine. This routine is low impact but there are some moves that can be challenging if you have mobility issues or back issues.
