Eat loads of enzyme rich veggies - Mix and match fresh veggies for variety. They are full of fiber and will help you burn more fat. Try to eat every 3 - 4 hours to keep your metabolism working at optimum capacity.
Nutritious snacks - The secret is to snack on low fat foods so go ahead eat good vitamin rich foods, like nuts, fresh veggies and dried fruit. Carrot sticks and hummus are a really yummy, low fat, healthy combination.
Wholesome nuts - Almonds, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts and pecans are great for you. Add them to your yogurt and or fresh garden salad to add texture and interest.
