I remember reading years ago that a molecule of chlorophyll closely resembles a molecule of human
blood. According to the teachings of World renowed nutritionist Dr. Ann Wigmore, consuming chlorophyll is like receiving a healthy blood transfusion.  Many people do not eat enough greens, including those who are on a raw food diet. By drinking 2 or 3 cups of green smoothie daily you will nourish the cells within your body, and all of the beneficial nutrients will be quickly absorbed.

Green smoothies are easy to make and clean up is quick and easy, unlike juicing greens which is a time consuming and messy ordeal.  Many people just can't be bothered drinking green juices on a regular basis because it's too much of a hassle. However, preparing a jug of green smoothie takes less than 5 - 10 minutes, including cleaning up.
